Polo for Life Celebrates 11th Annual Polo for a Purpose, Raising Over $500,000 for Pediatric Cancer Support
Polo for Life marked the 11th anniversary of its annual Polo for a Purpose event on Friday,February 27, raising over $500,000 for Kids Cancer Foundation, Miami Cancer Institute, andPediatric Oncologist Support Team. The evening kicked off at the National Polo Center withan exhilarating match between Mayer Ranch and Hotels atSea, ending in a 3-3 tie. Five-year-old Ava, courageously battling a rare bone cancer, tossed the ceremonial first ball.Guests, welcomed by Event Co-Chairs Montana Coady, Rob Gray, Alex Hamer, BenjaminRandall, and PJ Rizvi, gathered at the 7th Chukker terrace for cocktails and sunset viewsover the field.

After the match, dancers led attendees to the poolside, where synchronizedswimmers performed. Inspired by La Dolce Vita, the area was transformed into an Italianvillage, featuring wines, charcuterie, fresh pizza, gourmet pastas, salads, and gelato.Entertainment included a Frank Sinatra tribute by acclaimed performer Richard Sheltonand a live auction led by Sebastian Clarke, with luxury items such as ruby earrings, anexclusive dinner, and a villa stay. The night ended with music and dancing under the stars.Funds raised will provide essential support to families in South Florida facing pediatriccancer.
